Getting to Western Australia
Western Australia is serviced by the major domestic carriers Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin.
You can fly direct to Broome from Brisbane, Darwin, Melbourne and Sydney.

Taxis
Taxis are available from the entrance of all terminals at Perth Airport. it is a short 20-minute ride into Perth’s CBD. Price guide $40 – 50 each way.
RideShare
DiDi, Ola and Uber ridesharing services are available at Perth Airport.
There are dedicated rideshare pick-up bays within easy walking distance of each terminal. Simply follow the directions given in the app and terminal signage to the nearest rideshare pick-up bay.
To help us provide the infrastructure that supports rideshare activities across the Perth Airport estate, a $4 airport fee applies to all pick-ups at Perth Airport.”

Bus Route 380, fittingly named after the Airbus A380, has dedicated luggage rucks and runs daily between the Elizabeth Quay Bus Station in the Perth city centre and T1 and T2. It is a limited stops service with connections to other services available at:
- Elizabeth Quay Bus Station
- Victoria Park Transfer Station
- Burswood Train Station
- Belmont Forum Shopping Centre
Transperth SmartRider tickets can be purchased at Smarte Carte on the ground floor of Terminal 1.
To and from T3/T4 precinct
Bus Route 40 operates 7 days a week between Elizabeth Quay Bus Station and T3/T4 via Great Eastern Highway, offering the most direct route between Perth Airport and Perth City.”

The best time to visit Western Australia is in the spring and autumn months. Broome and the North West enters their wet season from Novemeber through to March when you can expect tropical storms and cyclones.
